ABOUT THE CSPA - Review Committee

The Review Committee consists of 3 CSPA Professional Members not serving on the Managing Council. They have a mandate of 2 years therefore new RC members are nominated and elected at the Semi-Annual General Meeting. The Chair of the CSPA sits on the RC as a non-voting member.

Membership applications are reviewed twice a year, that is, during the months of May and November. Individuals who want their applications reviewed in May must submit their application materials by May 1st and those wanting their application to be reviewed in November must submit their application materials by November 1st.

RC Roles and Responsibilities

Evaluate CSPA membership applications based on CSPA approved criteria within the month following the two application deadlines; evaluate CSPA Internship Supervisor Verification Forms and provide a response within one month following the submission; attend and contribute to the AGM; promote ethical standards of professional practice; promote the CSPA and applied sport psychology across Canada.
