CSPA Professional Members are individuals who meet the CSPA Membership Requirements. As well, they have professional liability insurance either through the CSPA (see Insurance for summary of insurance plan available and insurance application form) or another organization offering a $2,000,000 coverage plan.

CSPA Student Member

CSPA Student Members are students or young professionals who have an interest in applied sport psychology and who may be training towards achieving the membership requirements with the CSPA.  While they are completing their internship hours, they have opportunity to secure professional liability insurance either though their University program, the CSPA or another organization offering a $2,000,000 coverage plan.

CSPA Associate Member

CSPA Assocaite Members are individuals who meet the CSPA Membership Requirements but did not purchase professional liability insurance at the time their membership was approved for reasons of maternity leave and/or for other personal reasons.  Once they have secured two million in professional liability insurance they will be added to the Professional Membership List.
